Overview

Official Noah materials frame the product as an emotional coach or AI therapist available anytime for stress, anxiety, overthinking, and self-care. The App Store and Google Play pages emphasize a private place to talk, therapy-inspired guidance, personalized check-ins, and mental-wellness routines rather than entertainment or roleplay. Noah therefore belongs in the safer emotional-support segment of the catalog, though users still need to understand that it is a consumer AI product and not licensed clinical care.

Always-available private companion space

Official copy emphasizes anytime access for talking, reflecting, and feeling more in control.

Who This Is For

Users who need a private place to vent

Profile: People who want a non-judgmental AI space to talk through stress, worries, or overthinking.
Benefits: Noah’s official messaging is built around consistent emotional support and private conversation.
Considerations: Users may over-ascribe clinical authority to the app if they do not understand the difference between AI support and licensed care.

People trying to build self-care routines

Profile: Users looking for check-ins, habit support, and mental-wellness prompts in a conversational format.
Benefits: The product’s self-care framing makes it more structured than open-ended entertainment chat.
Considerations: It remains a subscription-based consumer tool and not a substitute for crisis support or therapy.

was good until I paid subscription. now it suddenly doesn't remember past conversations which should be essential. unsubscribing not worth any money after all faith I put in it. don't recommend this app at all

it worked well enough for a while, before it basically parroted everything back without much depth, & didnt answer the q's, & changed the subject, & put words in my mouth. it's like it has a quota to fill because it's answers + detractions were inflammatory & made me repeat often. don't trust it or put much stock into it. it'll suddenly pull the rug out from under you. it's a shame they had to resort to games to make engagement so beneficial towards themselves on an app meant to "help" people..

Maybe it was a good product before, but it seems abandoned. The moment I paid the yearly subscription, it essentially stopped working - it doesn't preserve any context and it's not worth losing time adding info. I wrote to support but in three business (five in total) days I only got a very delayed automated reply. I am waiting a little more because it has potential, but in the mean time definitely avoid investing time and money in it.

Better than a therapist Holy cow. The ai is EXTREMELY intelligent (more than most humans) and extremely compassionate.

Clever app, and nice for rubber-ducking to. Doesn't always give the best advice though! Me: "Urg, such a bad morning at the office, wish I could be in bed", Noah: "You should absolutely go back to bed, Jules". No, Noah, this is not the motivation I need! 😂😂😂

this app is incredible. its better than real therapy because it remembers everything you told it previously. I had no problem paying for it because I was hooked immediately.
