It removes any safety restrictions on generating very detailed procedures on how to produce hazardous, unlawful, and highly damaging materials with very minimal changes to the given prompts. Moreover, it frequently goes haywire and becomes overtly predatory, which is completely unacceptable for any product that needs to interact with consumers. This poses a serious risk.
